Repro steps

  1. 1.Open the Base UI Combobox example where an item (e.g., 'Apple') is configured with `disabled: true`.
  2. 2.Focus the combobox trigger button while the popup is closed.
  3. 3.Type 'a' to perform a typeahead search on the closed combobox.

Expected

Typeahead on a closed combobox should ignore disabled items and match the next valid enabled option (e.g., 'Apricot') or remain unchanged.

Actual

The disabled item 'Apple' is selected, updating the combobox value to 'apple'.

Evidence

visualAt 4.8s, opening the combobox popup shows 'Apple (disabled)' rendered as a disabled item.
visualAt 15.0s, after typing 'a' while closed at 14.8s, the combobox trigger displays 'Apple' and the state updates to 'Current value: apple'.

### Summary
When typeahead is used on a closed Base UI Combobox component, disabled items are matched and selected instead of being skipped.

### Steps to Reproduce
1. Render a Base UI Combobox containing disabled options (e.g., `{ label: 'Apple', value: 'apple', disabled: true }`).
2. Focus the combobox trigger while the dropdown popup is closed.
3. Type a character matching the disabled item (e.g., press `a`).

### Expected Behavior
Disabled items should be skipped during closed-state typeahead matching, selecting the next available enabled item (e.g., 'Apricot') or leaving the current selection intact.

### Actual Behavior
The disabled option 'Apple' is matched and selected as the combobox's active value.
