Repro steps
- 1.Navigate to the React Aria Tooltip component documentation page (/docs/components/aria/tooltip)
- 2.Hover the cursor over the 'Hover' trigger button preview
- 3.Observe whether a tooltip popup appears above or around the button
Expected
Hovering the cursor over the 'Hover' trigger button should display the tooltip popup (e.g. 'Add to library' positioned above the trigger, as seen in the Base UI implementation).
Actual
No tooltip renders or displays when hovering over the 'Hover' trigger button in the React Aria preview.
Evidence
visualAt 3.0s and 5.0s, the cursor rests directly over the 'Hover' button on the React Aria documentation page, but no tooltip renders.
visualAt 23.0s, navigating to the Base UI Tooltip documentation (/docs/components/base/tooltip) and hovering the 'Hover' button successfully renders the 'Add to library' tooltip above the trigger.

### Summary When viewing the React Aria Tooltip component documentation page, hovering over the preview's `Hover` trigger button fails to display the tooltip. ### Steps to Reproduce 1. Go to `/docs/components/aria/tooltip` (0.0s). 2. Hover the cursor over the `Hover` trigger button in the preview area (3.0s - 9.0s). 3.
