### Summary When selecting all text in a PrimeNG `p-inputnumber` field and pressing the `Enter` key, the input value unexpectedly resets to `0` (`$0.00`) instead of retaining or committing the entered value. ### Steps to Reproduce 1. Go to the PrimeNG InputNumber documentation page (`/inputnumber`). 2. Enter a numerical value (e.g., `42`) into the `Monthly budget` InputNumber field (at 00:03 - 00:05). 3. Select all text using `Cmd+A` / `Ctrl+A` (at 00:08). 4. Press `Enter` (at 00:09). ### Expected Result The value `42` should remain committed and formatted as `$42.00`. ### Actual Result The input value resets to `$0.00` (at 00:11). *Recorded with SceneRecap.*
