Repro steps
- 1.Navigate to /form-elements.html
- 2.Scroll down to the 'Toggle switches' section
- 3.Inspect the unchecked toggle switches (such as Option 2, Option 3, or SMS Notifications)
- 4.Click on 'Option 2' to toggle it ON, then click again to toggle it OFF
Expected
Unchecked toggle switches should render a visible knob/circle inside the track in light mode so users can identify the control state and position.
Actual
Unchecked toggle switches appear as empty oval outlines without any visible knob/thumb inside the track.
Evidence
visualAt t=3.0s, unchecked switches under 'Toggle switches' (Option 2, Option 3) and 'Notification' (SMS Notifications) show only the outer track outline with no visible knob inside.
visualAt t=17.0s (control case), clicking Option 2 toggles it ON, showing a blue background and a visible white knob.
visualAt t=19.0s, toggling Option 2 back OFF restores the switch to an empty outline with no visible knob inside.

### Summary In light mode, unchecked `form-switch` toggle components do not display a visible knob/thumb inside their track, appearing as empty outlined shapes. ### Steps to Reproduce 1. Open `/form-elements.html` (0.0s). 2. Scroll down to the **Toggle switches** section (3.0s). 3. Observe unchecked toggle switches such as Option 2, Option 3, or SMS Notifications (5.0s). 4. Click Option 2 switch to enable (15.2s) and click again to disable (17.6s). ### Expected Result Unchecked toggle switches should display a distinct knob inside the track to clearly indicate switch state. ### Actual Result Unchecked toggle switches show only an empty border outline without a visible inner circle/knob. *Recorded with SceneRecap.*
