### Summary Selecting table rows using the row checkboxes does not apply an active highlight background to the selected rows. Additionally, clicking the header select all checkbox does not check the remaining rows. ### Steps to Reproduce 1. Open `/tables.html` and scroll down to the invoice data table (frame @ 3.0s). 2. Click the checkbox for invoice 001401 (t = 7.8s). 3. Click checkboxes for invoices 001402 and 001403 (t = 10.4s to 12.5s). 4. Click the table header select all checkbox (t = 19.0s). ### Expected Result Selected rows should receive visual highlighting (such as an accent background color). Clicking the header select all checkbox should check all visible rows. ### Actual Result Checked rows remain white without row highlight styling. The header select all checkbox checks itself, but rows 001404 through 001408 remain unchecked. *Recorded with SceneRecap.*
