Repro steps
- 1.Open Vuetify Play editor containing a VTreeview demo with 'indentLines' set to 'default'.
- 2.Observe the treeview hierarchy rendering under the 'Documents' and 'Downloads' nodes in the PREVIEW panel.
Expected
The vertical indent guide lines should properly align with each hierarchical level, accounting for node indentation and prepend icon spacing.
Actual
The vertical indent guide lines align flush against the left boundary of the treeview container, detached from the nested item structure.
Evidence
visualIn the preview panel, the treeview indentation guide lines render along the extreme left edge instead of aligning beneath the parent nodes and respecting prepend icon spacing.

### Summary When `indentLines` is enabled on `VTreeview` (e.g. `default` mode), the vertical indent guide lines ignore prepend padding/gaps and align directly along the left container boundary. ### Steps to Reproduce 1. Open Vuetify Play with a `v-treeview` instance configured with `indentLines` enabled (`default`). 2. Inspect the rendered treeview with nested items in the preview pane. ### Expected Result Indentation lines should align correctly beneath their respective parent levels and reflect proper nested offsets. ### Actual Result Indentation lines are positioned against the far left edge of the treeview container. *Recorded with SceneRecap.*
