Is Bug Report mode really free?
Yes. The free recording runs in Explain, Bug Report or Tutorial — the bug report QA and support teams use most, and the step-by-step guide — up to 1 minute. Pro removes the limits.
What counts as an AI analysis?
One analysis = one pass over one recording in one mode. Re-analyzing the same recording in another mode counts again. Quotas reset monthly and are pooled across a Team workspace.
Do I need to narrate?
No. SceneRecap reads the frames and the interaction log. If you do talk, the transcript is used too.
Where is my data hosted?
Google Cloud in the EU (Belgium compute, Frankfurt storage). See Security and the DPA for details.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes — from Billing in your dashboard. Your recordings stay accessible on the Free plan limits.
What is the reporting widget add-on?
A script tag that lets your own visitors record bugs on your site; the reports arrive in your Inbox already written up, with the console error and failed request attached. It is $39/month on top of any plan, including 200 analysed reports a month, then $0.25 per report. Reports about the same bug are grouped, so five visitors hitting one problem is one row, not five videos.
Does the widget use my plan's AI analyses?
No. Widget reports bill against the add-on's own allowance, so a busy day on your site can never eat the analyses your team is relying on.
What is an agent run?
Repro Agent verdicts and Takes share one monthly allowance — 20 on Pro, 50 per seat pooled on Team. One take is one run; approving a take into a recording counts as one normal AI analysis.
