Sign in, choose your code and accept the affiliate terms. A person reviews every application before a code goes live.

Use scenerecap.com/r/yourcode, or add ?ref=yourcode to any page on the site. The first affiliate link a visitor arrives through is the one that counts.

Get paid
Each commission is held for 30 days so refunds can settle, then becomes payable. Once your payable balance reaches €50, we pay it by bank transfer or PayPal.

Net, not list price
40% of what we actually keep: the amount paid, less VAT or sales tax and Stripe's processing fee for that payment.
Paying customers only
Commission runs for life from a referred customer's first payment, and stops when they stop paying. Free accounts earn nothing. The 20% off audience discount lowers what they pay, and commission is a share of what they actually pay.
Refunds and chargebacks reverse it
A refunded or disputed payment takes its commission back. If that commission was already paid, it comes off your next payout.
The visitor's consent decides how long
We set no cookies. If a visitor allows marketing measurement in our privacy banner, your code is kept in their browser for 30 days; if not, it only counts when they sign up in that same visit.
First link wins, once
A visitor is credited to the first affiliate whose link they came through, and a person can only ever be referred once.
No self-referrals
Signing up through your own link, or earning from a workspace you belong to, earns nothing and is flagged for review.

How much will I earn?
40% of the net revenue from each customer you refer, for as long as they remain a paying customer. Net means what they paid us, less VAT or sales tax and Stripe's processing fee for that payment.
What counts as a referral?
Someone who creates a SceneRecap account within 30 days of arriving through your link — scenerecap.com/r/yourcode, or any page with ?ref=yourcode — who was not referred by another affiliate first. A person can only be referred once.
Do you use cookies to track referrals?
No. If the visitor allows marketing measurement in our privacy banner, your code is kept in their browser's own storage for 30 days. If they decline, it is kept only while they are on the site, so it counts if they sign up in that visit. Clicks are counted without personal data: no IP address, no browser fingerprint, no query strings.
What does my audience get?
20% off their SceneRecap subscription for the first 3 months (on an annual plan, off the first year's payment). It is applied automatically at checkout when they signed up through your link.
Which purchases earn commission?
Every paid subscription the referred customer's workspace buys, plans and add-ons alike, from their first payment for as long as they keep paying.
How do the free Pro and the bonus work?
Once you are approved, email us and we switch your workspace to Pro at no cost for a year, with no obligation to post. The $50 bonus is added to your balance once 5 of your referrals have become paying customers, and is paid with your next payout.
When do I get paid?
Each commission is held for 30 days after the customer's payment so refunds can settle, then it is payable. We pay by bank transfer (IBAN) or PayPal once your payable balance reaches €50; below that it rolls over to the next payout. Payouts are made by hand — there is no automatic payout yet.
What happens if a customer is refunded?
The commission on that payment is reversed — in part, for a partial refund. If it was already paid to you, the amount is deducted from your next payout.
Can I use my own link?
No. Signing up through your own link, or earning from a workspace you are a member of, earns no commission and is flagged for review.
What will I see once I'm in?
A dashboard with your link, clicks, sign-ups, paying customers and your commission — on hold, payable and paid. Referred customers appear under an anonymous reference, never by name or email.
Who can apply?
Anyone with a SceneRecap account — the free plan is enough. We review every application and may decline ones that do not fit, for example sites that promise things SceneRecap does not do.
